Whether you are new to the triathlon or running world or you are looking for a boost to become more competitive, or anywhere in between, our coaches have the experience and expertise to get you where you need to be.
Having a training plan is great, but having someone to hold you accountable and to guide you along the way is priceless. Not sure how hard to push those 800’s or how to do a proper recovery workout? Take the guesswork out of doing workouts properly and gain the knowledge of listening to your body. We will ensure that you are getting the most out of every workout session.
How it works:
Our goal is not only to give you the motivation and support along your journey, but to also teach you the why and how you are doing each session. Regardless if you are a novice or veteran, you will come out of your coaching sessions being more efficient and with the best form possible. We will push you when you need to be pushed, and will make sure you are recovering when you need to recover. Our coaching sessions will complement the custom training plan that has been made for you by us or will assist you with your current plan.
What you get:
Coaching sessions are all one on one and target what you need. We do form assessments in swimming, biking and running and will focus on getting you as efficient as possible. We do track workouts for runs, or long bike rides if you need the moral support. If you have an area that specifically needs work, we are there to help. General coaching is always available as well.

Package of 5 sessions: $275
Package of 10 sessions: $500
