Why?

Having a training plan is great, but having someone to hold you accountable and to guide you along the way is priceless. Not sure how hard to push those 800’s or how to do a proper recovery workout? Take the guesswork out of doing workouts properly and gain the knowledge of listening to your body. We will ensure that you are getting the most out of every workout session.

How it works:

Our goal is not only to give you the motivation and support along your journey, but to also teach you the why and how you are doing each session. Regardless if you are a novice or veteran, you will come out of your coaching sessions being more efficient and with the best form possible. We will push you when you need to be pushed, and will make sure you are recovering when you need to recover. Our coaching sessions will complement the custom training plan that has been made for you by us or will assist you with your current plan.

What you get:

Coaching sessions are all one on one and target what you need. We do form assessments in swimming, biking and running and will focus on getting you as efficient as possible. We do track workouts for runs, or long bike rides if you need the moral support. If you have an area that specifically needs work, we are there to help. General coaching is always available as well.

We do not do one size fits all training plans, and you will not find generic training plans for purchase on this site. Each Attivo Multisport training plan is built custom to fit your own personal goals and needs to help you achieve your goals.

Why?

Because everyone is different! Maybe you were a swimmer in college, but haven’t been on a bike since you were a kid, or your swim and bike are solid, but your run is holding you back from placing top in your age group. Maybe you want to do your first marathon, or maybe you need to shave off those last 5 minutes for a Boston qualifier. Whatever your story is, we will create the training plan that gets you to where you want to be.

How it Works:

Choose your distance and discipline. We specialize in all areas, from 5ks to Ultras, and from Sprints to 140.6. Once you have your goal for your chosen distance and discipline, contact us to set up a consultation so we can start creating your individualized plan.

What you Get:

Your own personal training plan that is made to get you to where you want to be. You will have unlimited email contact with your coach if you have questions or concerns about the plan. If you get sick or injured or have a long vacation, your coach will work with you to vary your plan to keep you on track. The plan that you get on day one is not set in stone for the duration. Our goal is to get you to where you want to be, and we understand that it sometimes takes changes to get there.
