We will work with you to figure out exactly what your body needs to be fueled properly. We are here to help, whether you are an athlete looking for proper fuel for your best performance, or the average person wanting to change your lifestyle. We teach you the importance of a proper balance of carbs, proteins and fats within your diet and can work to figure out the proper amount of each for you.

We start with an initial consultation to evaluate your current nutrition and learn about your current habits, good or bad. After a week of keeping a food journal we will regroup and then make the changes needed to get you on the right path to a healthy lifestyle. We will teach you how to read food labels and choose the correct foods at the grocery store. We offer healthy recipes that are easy to make at home, even on a tight budget. We will also work with you to find the exercise nutrition that you need to get you to, and through your next big race. Our goal is to get you eating healthy every day, allowing you to be apart of growing that 3% of healthy Americans.
